Production Manager – Durban

Minimum Qualifications Requirements

 The ideal candidate will be qualified with an NQF level 4 / Diploma in Production management or other relevant Technikon Diploma

Experience

 They will have 2-5 years supervisory experience in a production environment – preferably rubber / plastic / adhesive / foam or similar; where general knowledge of ASHACT, LRA and BCEA were required.
 ISO 9002 experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities

 Production Planning
 Quality problem solving and monitoring
 Maintenance planning
 Human Resources co-ordination, development and monitoring in terms of legislative requirements
