Senior Project Engineer – Gauteng

EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Technical degree of diploma (Electrical/Structural/Civil/Mechanical) from a recognized institution.
In depth knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication and/or construction industry.
Proficient in MS Office package, as well as standard project management software.
Logical, practical, innovative, self-motivated, decisive with a passion for detail and quality.

At least 5 years engineering experience and a proven track record of successful project engineering implementation in a similar environment at senior level is essential

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Project Engineer is responsible to provide a cost effective, practical and quality engineering solution for a specific project, both during the offer and implementation phase, including development of technical scope, coordination of site surveys, preliminary and final design, coordination of external specialist consultants, compilation of technical specifications, compilation of Bills of Quantities, coordination of engineering drawings
