C# Developers

Applies expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex systems development
Recommends courses of action and prepares specs for development of computer programs
Uses established fact finding approaches
Knowledge of multiple pertinent work processes and procedures
Broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment
Establishes procedures where nature of system, feasibility, computer equipment, programming language are not already decided
Research routine user problems and solve by modifying existing system
Broad knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, work processes, applicable regulations, work load, practices of assigned subject-matter area
Resolves problems and deviations according to established practices
Thorough knowledge of C# and SQL.
Experience in ASP, .Net, developing web-based applications, and Windows development with Windows API is an asset.
Visual Studio 6.0, ASP.NET, and SQL Server expertise as well as mentor other developers on the .NET Framework.
Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF).
Solid structured programming skills.
Knowledge of network and systems programming.
Experience organizing and maintaining complex data structures.
Plan and estimate for Design and Development work at a task level.
Develop System and Application Design Specifications.
Able to compile design specifications.
