REQUIREMENTS:
· Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cement or Technical Manufacturing environment.

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

KEY OUTPUTS:
· Achieved product availability
· Minimized customer quality complaints
· Satisfied internal customers
· Reported technical information
· Updated information on COIN
· Minimized risk
· Achieved product Quality and Consistency
· Achieved optimum usage of major plant:
o Mills – Raw and Cement
o Kilns
· Achieved specific plant performance
· Achieved energy consumption
· Optimized refractory life
· Reduced operating costs
· Generated value adding initiatives
· Achieved blending factor
· Contained low-level dust
